Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the specific return shipping address.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the remaining product in its original packaging and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Processing and Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
